Fancy Nancy Tea Party

I took Isabel and Naomi to a themed "Fancy Nancy" tea party this afternoon.  My friend Juanita told me about it -- it was at a darling childrens' tea room not far from us in an old downtown area.   The girls got to choose dress up clothes from a closet full of them, plus accessories.  They got sparkles sprayed in their hair and eye shadow applied to their little eye lids.  They had a proper tea with yummy goodies, then read the story of Fancy Nancy.  Finally all  the girls lined up and paraded down the street in their pretty finery.  Isabel was one of the older girls there and she really looked after her sister. Naomi kept saying we were at a  birthday party and asked for cake several times.  She loved it.  They were so sweet to watch.  Here are a few pics...
