The last thing we did before leaving the Scottish festival today was join in with a children's sword fighting class. Andreas and Isabel participated -- Andreas said it was his favorite thing we did today, and Isabel didn't want to do it after she was already in the "arena". I think she was a little worried that she would have to actually fight someone, which of course she did not. The kids marched in and learned basics like en guard and pare. At the end they had a "graduation" and the kids received a diploma. They guy who did the show was very funny.
